British Institute of Photography Awards

Last week, the British Institute of Photography held its annual awards ceremony, held at the County Museum in Aylesbury.

I am proud, humbled and somewhat surprised to have won the award for 2015 Best LBIPP Submission.

I knew I'd been shortlisted for the award, but I really didn't think I'd actually win it. You could have knocked me over with a feather when my name was read out. Donna was in tears bless her and I must admit to being a bit emotional too! A huge thanks to everyone that chivvied me along, especially Donna, who's proverbial and repetitive kicking up my backside, which clearly paid off in the end.
